Job Description:
A school in Palatka, FLis seeking a dedicated and compassionate physical therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with students in various grade levels who require physical therapy services due to disabilities, injuries, or other medical conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments of students' physical abilities
- Develop individualized treatment plans and provide direct therapy services
- Collaborate with special education teams, teachers, and parents
- Document progress and maintain accurate records
- Participate in IEP meetings and offer guidance on physical accommodations
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- Floridastate licensure as a physical therapist
