Customer Service:
- Create a comfortable and welcoming environment, establish genuine connections with customers, offer help with product, fit and styling techniques.
- Learn the customer's preferences, style needs and shopping habits to build lasting relationships and trust. Anticipate their needs and shopping habits before they are expressed.
- Equip your team with the knowledge and confidence to deliver consistent, high quality service. Continue a culture of attentiveness and proactivity.
- Add value through styling by offering suggestions that make customers feel confident and excited.
- Maintain a clean, organized and styled store. Presentation is a silent form of customer service that speaks volume of who we are as a brand.
- Stay current on inventory, fits, fabrics and styling trends so you and your team can offer knowledgable confident guidance to the customer.
Skills:
- Proven experience in a managerial role with the fashion clothing retail industry.
- Strong background of styling, fashion knowledge, and fitting room experience.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple customers at a time.
- Experience in training and developing staff.
- Proficient with social media, retail point of sale and systems.
- Manage special events during store events and after hours as needed.
- Check incoming product to ensure deliveries match purchase orders. Inventory is managed and merchandised in a timely manner.
- Leads by example to inspire and motive others.
Leadership:
- Inspires staff grow in styling, sales and service.
- Keeps store coverage and operations running smoothly.
- Balances fun with professionalism, sets clear expectations and follows through.
