Wites & Rogers Law Firm (www.witeslaw.com) seeks an attorney with a minimum of five (5) full years of experience in first-party homeowner insurance litigation who wants to continue in such practice area but also wishes to expand into civil and commercial litigation such as personal injury and wrongful death, contract disputes, consumer claims, and investment disputes.

This is an in-office position; it is not hybrid or remote.

Our office is just north of Fort Lauderdale, in Lighthouse Point, Florida.

Wites & Rogers Law Firm represents only plaintiffs. The firm encourages and supports business development by associate attorneys, who are compensated for case generation in accordance with Florida Bar Rules.

We teach and mentor our associate attorneys. If you want to help people, and want teaching, mentoring, constructive criticism, and encouragement, and if you are willing to work hard to become the best attorney you can be, this is the position for you.

Qualified applicants MUST have ALL of the following minimum qualifications:

(1) Five full years of experience in first-party homeowner insurance litigation;

(2) Excellent research and writing skills; and

(3) Be a team player, hungry to learn, and have great attention to detail.

As it relates to research and writing, you must have demonstrated research and writing skills, and be an excellent writer.
