Position: Phlebotomist
We are excited to announce an opening for a Phlebotomist in Panama City, FL. In this role, you will:

Work Schedule
Monday-Thursday: 9:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Your Responsibilities
- Perform blood collections using venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
- Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
- Accurately enter patient information in a timely manner
- Process billing information and collect payments when necessary
- Prepare collected specimens for testing and analysis
- Maintain patient and specimen information logs
- Provide superior customer service to all patients
- Handle administrative and clerical duties as needed
- Travel to additional sites when required
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency is preferred
- Minimum of 6 months of previous phlebotomy experience
- Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Comfortable working with minimal supervision
- Reliable transportation is required
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
- Able to pass a standardized color blindness test
