Project Executive/Construction Manager - Manufacturing Center

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Executive/Construction Manager to oversee the construction and management of our new manufacturing center. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the semiconductor, chemical, and food and beverage industries, with a strong emphasis on automation and project execution for major clients like Intel and Boeing. This role requires a proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and coordinate MEP systems to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the construction of the manufacturing center from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Develop and manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring timely delivery within financial constraints.
  • Oversee the selection and management of subcontractors and vendors, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
  • Perform take-off estimates and assess materials and labor requirements for project execution.
  • Utilize Autodesk software for design and planning purposes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in project execution.
  • Implement commissioning processes and ensure all systems are operational and meet quality standards.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, risks, and opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management and construction management, preferably in manufacturing environments.
  • Proven experience in semiconductor, chemical, and food and beverage industries with strong automation knowledge.
  • Strong understanding of MEP systems and their integration into construction projects.
  • Familiarity with Autodesk and other relevant design software.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on achieving project goals and objectives.
