Adamas Building Services is looking for an exceptional Porter with experience working in luxury residential communities. Our company is a leading expert in the Residential Services market with properties throughout New Jersey, Florida, New York and Pennsylvania. We currently have an opening in our Margate, FL location.
Schedule: Monday - Friday - 8am - 4pm
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Maintaining the cleanliness of all common areas, including lobbies, hallways, elevators, laundry area, stairways, building exteriors and common areas.
- Performing routine cleaning tasks such as pressure washing, and trash/recycling removal.
- Assisting with the setup and breakdown of events and functions held in common areas.
- Providing professional assistance to residents and guests, addressing their needs and requests promptly.
- Assisting with any maintenance or repair needs of the property.
- Monitor and report any safety hazards or security concerns to management.
- Work closely with the property management and maintenance teams to ensure a cohesive and efficient operation.
- Maintain inventory and organize all building tools and supplies
- Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
- Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
Requirements:
- Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance or other related fields
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Customer service experience
