Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Service Technician to maintain, and repair Generac Generators for residential and commercial customers. Must be bilingual (English/Spanish), proficient with hand and electric tools, excels in customer service, and is comfortable working with CRM systems. No prior generator experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive training to ensure your success.
Key Responsibilities:

provide Maintenance service and repair Generators, ensuring high-quality workmanship and compliance with safety standards.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues with generators and related systems.
Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance of generator systems.
Interact with customers professionally, addressing their questions and concerns with excellent customer service.
Document service activities, including work performed and parts used, in our CRM system.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of service requests.
Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies during service operations.

Requirements:

Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish to effectively communicate with diverse customers.
Technical Skills: Proficient in the use of hand tools and electric tools for installation and repair tasks.
Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer experiences.
CRM Proficiency: Ability to navigate and utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems for scheduling, documentation, and customer follow-ups.
Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or relevant experience is a plus.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
