Commercial Litigation Associate – Naples, FL

Location: Naples, Florida (On-site)

Practice Areas: Commercial Litigation, Probate Litigation

Bar Requirement: Must be admitted to the Florida Bar

Experience: 3+ years of commercial litigation experience required; trust & estate litigation experience is a plus but not required

Compensation: Starting at approximately $150,000, with performance-based bonuses

About the Role:

Our client is seeking a driven and experienced litigation associate to join their Naples office. This is a fully in-person role—ideal for candidates who are either already local or open to relocating.

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary: Starting around $150,000

Billable Hours: 1800/year (recently reduced from 1900)

Paid Time Off: 4 weeks

Benefits: Standard comprehensive package (health, dental, vision, etc.)

Bonus Structure:

Hit 1800 hours: base bonus

1900–2000 hours: additional bonus

2100+ hours: top-tier bonus
