Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled BPM Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing business process management solutions to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness. This role requires a strong technical background in BPM, software development, and database management.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop BPM solutions using industry-standard tools and methodologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Implement workflow automation processes to streamline operations.
- Conduct process mapping and analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Integrate BPM solutions with existing systems and databases.
- Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and reviews.
- Ensure high-quality coding standards and maintain documentation for developed solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in BPM software development and SQL database management.
- Strong understanding of BPMN and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with Java and workflow automation tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with process mapping, systems integration, and user experience design.
- Knowledge of business analysis and data modeling techniques.
- Experience with XML, Restful Services, and cloud technologies is an advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Benefits
$75,000-$105,000/ YEAR depending on experience
