Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager located in Coconut Creek, FL. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting general manager with overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory, and implementing company policies. They will also assist in creating schedules, leading team meetings, and ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

  • Experience in scheduling, inventory management, and staff supervision
  • Ability to implement and uphold company policies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software

  • Prior experience in retail or hospitality is a plus

Compensation

  • Full-time role: 40 hours
  • Pay $25 an hour + commission
