Job Description
I’m helping a growing insurer find a Head of Transformation on a permanent basis. The role will initially be a standalone position and involve managing a portfolio of programmes with the project budget of $20M (business and technology transformation). The role will be hands-on and involve leading the programmes of change, managing senior stakeholders in the business and designing the strategy for the change division. At the moment the role involved matrix management of Programme Directors based in various different countries, although the role will then involve building out the division and hiring and managing their projects team.
The portfolio of programmes incudes TOM implementations, platform roll-outs and various regulatory transformations and is reporting into the Group Head of Transformation. This is a fast growing organisation that is investing heavily in transformation.
