Salary/Payrate: $80K-$100K

Work Environment: Onsite

Term: Full Time permanent

Bachelor’s degree required: Preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Key practice, filings, trial preparation, and post-trial
  • Conduct legal and procedural research, including federal and Florida state court rules and local procedures
  • Manage case calendars and proactively track court deadlines to ensure timely and accurate filings
  • Assist with e-Discovery, including managing ESI and working within DISCO or similar e-Discovery platforms
  • Organize, maintain, and manage electronic case files across multiple litigation matters
  • Prepare, organize, and electronically file pleadings and court documents
  • File documents via CM/ECF and PACER in federal courts (Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida) and Florida state courts
  • Coordinate scheduling and provide administrative and litigation support as needed
  • Assist with real estate and land use matters, including reviewing contracts, commercial leases, and purchase and sale agreements (strong plus)
  • Support attorneys throughout all phases of litigation, including pre-trial, discovery, motion

Education & Experience:


  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
  • (Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred)
  • 3–5 years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm or litigation-focused environment

Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • Working knowledge of the litigation lifecycle, including discovery, motion practice, and trial support
  • Baseline understanding of e-Discovery concepts, ESI protocols, and litigation support platforms (DISCO preferred)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines
  • Working knowledge of federal and Florida state court filing procedures, including PACER and CM/ECF
  • Ability to independently research and apply court rules and procedures accurately
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable supporting multiple attorneys and matters simultaneously
