This role is for you if you are:
Certified Personal Trainer (or actively testing)
Confident coaching groups
Punctual, professional, and coachable
High energy, you command a room
Passionate about results, not babysitting workouts
This is NOT for trainers who:
Need constant hand-holding
Are uncomfortable leading groups
Lack urgency, energy, or accountability
