Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This opportunity is for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide specialized behavioral support within K-12 school settings. Serving students across various age groups, including those in autism classrooms, this full-time position offers engaging work in a dynamic educational environment.
Location: Naples, FL
Duration: January 5, 2026 May 29, 2026
Schedule: 37.5 hours per week, on-site only
Setting: K-12 public schools with varying school site assignments, including middle schools
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on functional behavior assessments
- Provide direct behavioral services and support to students with diverse needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and families to promote positive behavioral outcomes
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary
- Maintain detailed documentation and data tracking in alignment with school policies and regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
- Active BCBA licensure is required
- Experience in school-based behavioral services is preferred, with caseloads including students diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within an educational team
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and adapt to varying school assignments
