What You'll Do:
- Work with buyer and seller clients from first contact to closing
- Respond quickly to inbound leads and set appointments
- Manage follow-up using our proven CRM and systems
- Build relationships that turn into repeat and referral business

- Commission-based with the opportunity to earn $100,000+ per year
- Florida-based (hybrid/remote depending on market)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,226.91 - $196,492.21 per year
Benefits: Flexible schedule
Schedule: Monday to Friday Self-determined schedule Weekend availability
