Job Details:

• Work in PCU float position with ED hold responsibilities
\n• Patient ratio of 4-6:1 depending on patient mix
\n• Adult and geriatric population
\n• Must be flexible to float as required, including to sister campuses
\n• Travelers are first to float
\n• 2 years of PCU experience required (ED experience not required)
\n• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
\n• Florida/Compact nursing license required with recent Nursys verification
\n• Dress code: Galaxy Blue & White scrubs
\n• EMR system: Epic
\n• Degree accreditation required on profile or must have 5 years of experience
\n• Must function as core staff and integrate with unit culture
\n• All RTO or schedule requests must be submitted with initial application
\n• Hard document deadline is Monday prior to start date
\n• 50-mile radius rule from permanent address applies
