JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembler with 1–2 years of hands-on experience assembling precision flow measurement and control devices. This role supports the production of high-performance components used in demanding semiconductor, industrial, and hydrogen applications where quality, cleanliness, and accuracy are critical.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble mechanical and electromechanical flow measurement and control devices according to detailed work instructions, drawings, and specifications
- Perform sub-assemblies and final assemblies of valves, regulators, sensors, and related components
- Use hand tools, torque tools, fixtures, and basic test equipment safely and accurately
- Follow cleanroom and contamination-control procedures as required
- Conduct visual inspections and basic functional testing to ensure product quality
- Document assembly steps, inspection results, and any non-conformances
- Identify and report defects, process issues, or improvement opportunities
- Work closely with engineering, quality, and production teams to meet manufacturing goals
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work environment
MUST HAVES:
- 1–2 years of experience in mechanical or electromechanical assembly
- Experience working with precision components in regulated or high-reliability environments
- Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, and work instructions
- Familiarity with torque specifications, fasteners, fittings, and tubing
- Basic understanding of quality standards and inspection processes
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to follow strict procedures and work independently or in a team environment
PLUSSES:
- Experience with flow control devices, valves, regulators, or instrumentation
- Background in semiconductor equipment, industrial systems, or hydrogen-related applications
- Cleanroom assembly experience
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement practices
- High school diploma or technical certification in manufacturing, mechanics, or related field
