We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembler with 1–2 years of hands-on experience assembling precision flow measurement and control devices. This role supports the production of high-performance components used in demanding semiconductor, industrial, and hydrogen applications where quality, cleanliness, and accuracy are critical.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble mechanical and electromechanical flow measurement and control devices according to detailed work instructions, drawings, and specifications
  • Perform sub-assemblies and final assemblies of valves, regulators, sensors, and related components
  • Use hand tools, torque tools, fixtures, and basic test equipment safely and accurately
  • Follow cleanroom and contamination-control procedures as required
  • Conduct visual inspections and basic functional testing to ensure product quality
  • Document assembly steps, inspection results, and any non-conformances
  • Identify and report defects, process issues, or improvement opportunities
  • Work closely with engineering, quality, and production teams to meet manufacturing goals
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work environment

MUST HAVES:

  • 1–2 years of experience in mechanical or electromechanical assembly
  • Experience working with precision components in regulated or high-reliability environments
  • Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, and work instructions
  • Familiarity with torque specifications, fasteners, fittings, and tubing
  • Basic understanding of quality standards and inspection processes
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
  • Ability to follow strict procedures and work independently or in a team environment

PLUSSES:

  • Experience with flow control devices, valves, regulators, or instrumentation
  • Background in semiconductor equipment, industrial systems, or hydrogen-related applications
  • Cleanroom assembly experience
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement practices
  • High school diploma or technical certification in manufacturing, mechanics, or related field
