Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A K-12 school located in Niceville, FL is seeking a qualified School Psychologist to support students throughout the academic year. This contract position offers the opportunity to provide essential psychological services within a dynamic school environment, fostering student success and well-being.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments to identify students learning and behavioral needs
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Provide counseling and support services to students facing academic, social, or emotional challenges
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure prehensive student support
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
  • Assist in crisis intervention and prevention efforts within the school munity

Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field
  • Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
  • Experience working with K-12 student populations
  • Strong knowledge of assessment tools, intervention strategies, and special education laws
  • Excellent munication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to manage caseloads effectively and maintain accurate records
