Sr. Commercial Litigation Attorney
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr. Commercial Litigation Attorney / Jr. Partner to join our esteemed law firm. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in commercial litigation with a focus on complex disputes, and will play a key role in representing our clients in various legal matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and represent clients in commercial litigation cases including shareholder disputes, breach of contract, and employment litigation.
- Draft and review legal documents, pleadings, and motions.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to prepare for cases.
- Negotiate settlements and engage in alternative dispute resolution when appropriate.
- Provide strategic legal advice to clients regarding their commercial disputes and potential litigation risks.
- Collaborate with junior associates and support staff to ensure efficient case management.
- Stay updated on relevant legal developments and industry trends that may impact clients' cases.
Qualifications
- Barred in FL
- 5+years of experience in commercial litigation.
- Proven track record in handling complex commercial disputes and litigation matters.
- Strong knowledge of shareholder disputes, breach of contract, employment litigation, business torts, commercial lease disputes, and real property litigation.
- Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused approach.
