We are seeking Aerial Lift Mechanics for immediate hire in Fort Myers, Florida. Multiple positions are available for Field Service Technicians or Shop Mechanics. Maintain a variety of boom lifts, scissor lifts, telehandlers, trailers, and scaffolding support equipment. On-going training and development will be provided to ensure you stay up to date with the latest in industry standard. Exciting opportunity to join a proven organization with decades of success that is just establishing its Fort Myers operations. The service work, customer contracts, administrators, and support staff are already in place!
Compensation:
- $25.00-$35.00/hour to start with flexibility based on experience.
- Day shift, weekdays with 4×10 available.

Field Service Technician
- Company vehicle, phone, laptop, and specialty tools provided.
- Traveling to customer sites or job sites to perform service calls.
- Diagnosing issues and determining necessary repairs for quote preparation.
- Performing annual mechanical inspections and preventive maintenance.
Shop Mechanic:
- Diagnose problems and determine repairs to be made
- Adjust and calibrate different machines.
- Conduct preventive inspections and maintenance.
- Complete repair, inspection and preventive maintenance reports
Prior experience diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems/components is required.
