Job DescriptionREAL ESTATE TITLE MANAGER
We have a rare opening for a highly skilled Title Manager to take the lead and prepare title reports from start to finish.
The firm is looking for someone that can work in the office, independently.
Requirements
- Opening files
- Gather information
- Examine documentation such as mortgages, liens, judgments, easements, plat books, maps, contracts, and agreements to verify factors such as properties' legal descriptions, ownership, or restrictions.
- Communication with realtors, lending institution personnel, buyers, sellers, contractors, surveyors, and courthouse personnel to exchange title related information or to resolve any issues.
- Clearing the Title in preparation of closing
- Compliance
- Handle the Funding
- Post Closing
Health Insurance is partially paid by the firm.
Salary: $70k +
