Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 5-10 with high-energy hustle, driving daily operations, inventory, and e-commerce growth.
• Take initiative to make decisions, source new products, and expand product lines, potentially overseas.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, turning complaints into lifelong relationships with a can-do attitude, empowered to offer solutions like credits or coupons.
• Oversee and critique creative content (graphic design, product photography, videography), jumping in moderately when needed.
• Use platforms like WordPress, WooCommerce, QuickBooks, Amazon, eBay, and project management software to ensure smooth operations.
• Foster a positive, collaborative team vibe, providing constructive feedback and celebrating wins to boost morale.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of leadership experience managing teams, with strong skills in directing tasks and follow-through.
• Computer-savvy with experience in WordPress, WooCommerce, QuickBooks, Amazon, eBay, Gmail, and Microsoft Office/Google Suite; project management software experience a plus.
• Bonus: Hands-on experience with machines, motors, or plumbing systems, and a creative eye for graphic design or photography.
• Energetic, compassionate personality with top-notch customer service skills and a no-drama attitude.
• No criminal record; background check required.
