Responsibilities (Part-Time Evenings)
<ul>
<li>Provide health care services in client residences;</li>
<li>Assist with personal care activities such as bathing, dressing and grooming;</li>
<li>Assist with administration of simple prescribed medications;</li>
<li>Assist patients with mobility and physical therapies/exercises;</li>
<li>Monitor patients (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc.) and report on their condition;</li>
<li>Maintain patients care records and document provided services;</li>
<li>Perform light housekeeping tasks;</li>
<li>Accompany to doctors office or other appointments;</li>
<li>Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support.</li>
