Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee field operations on complex civil and infrastructure projects. This role is responsible for leading day-to-day site activities, supervising subcontractors and crews, ensuring safety and quality standards, and coordinating with project management teams to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
Key Responsibilities

Direct and supervise all on-site construction activities, including scheduling, workforce allocation, and subcontractor performance.

Enforce compliance with project plans, specifications, and contract requirements.

Promote and maintain a safe work environment in alignment with OSHA standards.

Coordinate inspections, testing, and quality control procedures.

Manage site logistics, including materials, equipment, and resources.

Prepare and maintain accurate daily reports, progress logs, and field documentation.

Act as the primary on-site liaison for project managers, engineers, and client representatives.

Identify and address field issues proactively to minimize delays and cost impacts.
Qualifications

7–10 years of construction experience, including 5+ years in a superintendent capacity.

Background in water/wastewater, heavy civil, or industrial construction strongly preferred.

Solid understanding of civil, structural, mechanical, and process piping systems.

Demonstrated ability to manage subcontractors, crews, and field operations.

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date).

Skilled in interpreting construction drawings and specifications.

Proficiency with field reporting and documentation practices.
