Job DescriptionLHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Commercial Litigation Legal Assistant to join a dynamic litigation team in Tampa. This role involves a broad range of administrative and legal support tasks, with a strong emphasis on client service, organization, and communication.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to litigation attorneys.

Manage legal documents, filings, and correspondence with precision and confidentiality.

Coordinate schedules, meetings, and deadlines across multiple cases.

Maintain familiarity with litigation procedures and ensure compliance with court requirements.

Serve as a liaison between attorneys, clients, and external parties.
Qualifications:

3+ years of litigation support experience

Familiarity with federal court filings
-
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
-
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Experience with document management systems (preferred)

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
