Senior Paralegal – Commercial Real Estate
Location: West Palm Beach, FL (Onsite)
Employment Type: Direct Hire, Full-time
Compensation: $95K–$160K base + 10% bonus eligibility
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
About the Role
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a seasoned paralegal with deep expertise in commercial real estate development to support a dynamic legal team. This fully onsite role reports directly to the General Counsel and provides critical transactional and administrative support across acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and track due diligence for real estate transactions

Draft corporate resolutions, consents, and certifications

Maintain legal calendars, post-closing logs, and litigation tracking

Review and assist with agreements, easements, and development documentation

Manage corporate filings, entity records, and signature processes

Submit and track legal invoices; maintain internal legal systems

Serve as a notary and collaborate with legal team members on daily operations
Must-Have Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of paralegal experience in commercial real estate (acquisitions, financings, dispositions)

Strong organizational and communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook

Florida Notary Public license

Bachelor’s degree preferred; paralegal certification a plus

Demonstrated ability to work independently with discretion and initiative
