Job DescriptionSparks Group is currently hiring for Quality Specialists in the Aviation Industry. This position requires a mix of data analysis, coordination, and communication with both internal teams and external suppliers. Ideal candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of specific experience. Role requires 100% on site work.
Key Responsibilities:

Help process and approve new suppliers so they can be added to our system quickly and correctly.

Keep supplier records organized and up to date — including certifications, approvals, and other important documents.

Create monthly reports on how suppliers are performing, such as scorecards, defect rates, or delayed shipments.

Analyze supplier data to spot trends, issues, or areas where improvements are needed.

Support the Supplier Performance Team by providing useful insights to improve quality and performance.

Track supplier risks and report findings to help the team make strategic decisions.

Oversee internal audit processes related to suppliers, flagging any problems for follow-up.

Help out with other duties as needed to support the team and company goals.
What We’re Looking For:

2–4 years of experience in a similar role, ideally involving supplier performance or quality assurance.

Experience working with suppliers in a manufacturing or high-regulation industry (like aerospace or medical).

Strong Excel skills and comfortable using other Microsoft Office tools like Access, PowerPoint, and Word.

Able to handle multiple tasks and work well in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred (Nice to Have):

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.

4–6 years of experience in supplier management or quality.

Familiarity with aerospace quality standards like AS9100 or AS9120.

Training in auditing (internal or external).

Strong data analysis, organization, and communication skills.

A team player with a strong work ethic.
