Schedule: 36 hours per week (3x12-hour shifts); weekend coverage required; float to multiple campuses within a 20-mile radius

Requirements:
- Minimum 18 months ICU experience required; 2 years preferred
- Active Florida RN license (no pending licenses accepted)
- AHA BLS and ACLS certifications (must be current at time of application)
- NIHSS certification (must obtain prior to start date)
- Epic charting experience at proficiency level 3 or 4
- Experience managing cardiac and neuro critical care patients
- Skills required: dysrhythmia interpretation and management, IABP, post-cardiac surgery care, Swan-Ganz monitoring, arterial line management, central line care, cardiac and vasoactive drip titration, ventilator management, and ABG interpretation
- Two professional references from direct supervisors or unit leadership
- Tobacco-free status (nicotine screening required)
- COVID-19 and flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions only)
- Clean drug screen (10-panel plus cotinine) within 12 months of start
- All requested time off must be submitted with initial application
