We are seeking an experiencedPRN Registered Nurse to join our team in the Treasure Coast / Fort Pierce, FL area. In this role, you will provide high-quality, skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. Services will be delivered under the Plan of Treatment established with the physician and in collaboration with the patient and caregiver, ensuring safe recovery and an improved quality of life.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor patient conditions and assess needs to provide the best possible care and education
- Observe and interpret symptoms, communicating with physicians as appropriate
- Foster a supportive and compassionate environment for patients and their families
- Expand knowledge and skills through continuing education opportunities
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned
Qualification Standards:
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing
- Minimum 1 year of skilled Home Health experience required
- At least 1 year of OASIS experience required
- Currently licensed as an RN in the state of Florida
- Strong knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible, compassionate, and organized with strong problem-solving abilities
