Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Primary Care Physician to deliver high-quality healthcare services to our community. The PCP will work both independently and collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and administrative staff, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and contributing to the overall goals of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive and preventative care to patients, addressing both acute and chronic health conditions.
- Coordinate patient care and outcomes, including effective communication with specialists, hospital providers, and care teams.
- Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage patients medical conditions, while providing education and health promotion.
- Participate in clinical meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and risk management programs to support patient health and organizational goals.
- Maintain accurate patient records and comply with all clinical guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- MD in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a related specialty.
- Active and unrestricted MD license in the state of Florida.
- Minimum of 1-year clinical experience in geriatric, adult, or family practice settings.
- Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics preferred.
- Current DEA registration for Schedule IIV controlled substances.
