Position: Technician
Advanced Drying Systems, a premier water mitigation company based in Florida, specializes in providing exceptional structural drying services for both commercial and residential properties. With an expanding presence across Florida and Louisiana, we ensure a prompt 24/7 response to our clients. As we grow, we’re looking for a dedicated Water / Mold Technician to join our team in Panama CIty area.

Key Qualifications:
- Team-oriented, capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
- Self-driven with a proactive mindset and a positive outlook.
- Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Proficient in technology, including computers and mobile devices.
- Detail-oriented and communicative, with excellent time management skills.
- Current IICRC certifications, especially in WRT, are advantageous.
Responsibilities:
- Represent Advanced Drying Systems professionally at all times.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned emergency response cases.
- Document and define the scope of work for each assignment.
- Supervise the upkeep of equipment and vehicles.
- Maintain strong communication with management and customers.
- This is a full-time role requiring 24/7 availability and participation in on-call rotations.
- Complete assigned tasks successfully and obtain necessary certificates of completion.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and travel as needed.
- Follow established safety practices, including proper use of PPE when necessary.
Education, Training, and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED).
Licenses and Certificates:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and successful completion of a background check.
Performance Standards for This Position:
- Document all workflows and processes daily.
- Comply with state laws and IICRC regulations.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain strict safety standards and regulations.
- Exhibit courteous and professional behavior towards customers.
- Wear the company uniform at all times while representing Advanced Drying Systems.
- Ensure company equipment and vehicles are clean and well-maintained.
