Job Description

Inspire and Beyond ABA is a passionate and growing agency committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children through high-quality, compassionate Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. We provide in-home and in-school therapy, focusing on helping children develop meaningful life skills through play-based and naturalistic teaching approaches.

We are currently seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to take on a Clinical Director role. This is a unique opportunity to lead and shape a new agency in a community where your leadership will make a meaningful difference from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide supervision and training to RBTs and clinical staff
Conduct assessments and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Oversee treatment planning, data collection, and clinical progress using Passage Health System
Lead parent consultations, team meetings, and ensure quality of services
Manage authorizations and re-authorizations for insurance
Collaborate closely with administration and executive team to grow and refine clinical programs

Qualifications:

Active BCBA certification (required)
At least 1 year of experience in a clinical leadership role
Passionate about ABA, organized, and motivated to lead a team
