We are currently seeking an HVAC Maintenance Supervisor to join our resort team. This role is primarily responsible for the operation, maintenance, and oversight of all HVAC systems, while also providing day-to-day leadership and support to the maintenance team. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring guest comfort, safety, and operational excellence across the property.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and oversee all HVAC operations, including troubleshooting, repairs, preventive maintenance, and system optimization
- Ensure HVAC systems operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all codes and regulations
- Supervise daily maintenance activities and provide guidance to maintenance technicians
- Perform hands-on HVAC work as needed, serving as the technical expert for the team
- Inspect resort facilities and equipment to identify maintenance and HVAC-related needs
- Manage maintenance work orders, schedules, and inventory related to HVAC and general maintenance
- Coordinate with Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Management to prioritize urgent repairs and guest requests
- Maintain accurate logs, reports, and compliance documentation
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest maintenance concerns
- Assist with general building maintenance as needed (minor plumbing, electrical, painting, caulking, and carpentry)
- Support leadership in improving maintenance processes and overall property performance
What We’re Looking For
- HVAC Certification (Required)
- 3+ years of hands-on HVAC and maintenance experience (resort, hotel, or timeshare preferred)
- Prior supervisory or lead experience strongly preferred
- Strong working knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance
- Proven ability to lead, train, and support a maintenance team
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to quality and safety
- Proficiency with maintenance management systems and Microsoft Office
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
