Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Position: School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Sanford, FL
Schedule: Full-Time | 37.5 hours/week
School Year: August 11, 2025 May 27, 2026
Caseload: Elementary to Middle School
Employment Type: W-2 Contract
Setting: Onsite Only

ProCare Therapy is working with a supportive school district in Sanford, FL that is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist for the 20252026 school year. The position will primarily be located on one campus, with the potential for a second site depending on caseload size, skillset, location, and district needs. If travel between campuses is needed, mileage reimbursement will be provided for commute time.

Key Details:

• Full-time (37.5 hours/week)

• Elementary to middle school caseload

• Majority of the time spent at one location

• Travel between campuses may be required

• Mileage reimbursed when driving between school sites

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Active Florida SLP license

• Previous school-based experience preferred
