Multi-Site Property Manager – Miami, FL
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00–5:00 or 9:00–6:00
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Multi-Site Property Manager to oversee two Class A residential communities in the Miami/Doral area. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven leader with Class A property management experience, strong team leadership skills, and a passion for resident engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of operations, financial performance, and resident satisfaction across both properties.
- Manage and develop a team of 7- 8 employees across leasing, maintenance, and resident services.
- Drive leasing performance and resident retention through outstanding customer service and outreach marketing.
- Monitor budgets, financial reporting, rent collections, and expense controls.
- Manage vendor and contractor relationships to ensure quality service and compliance.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure top-level presentation and performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, fair housing laws, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of multifamily property management experience (Class A experience required).
- Proven success in multi-site or large community management preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in property management software (MRI preferred) and MS Office.
- Experience with daily financial controls, rent collection, G/L postings, deposits, and SODAS.
- Familiarity with leases, contracts, and compliance regulations.
- Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $87,000 – $90,000 annually
