Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans for the VPK program.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
• Foster children's social, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Conduct assessments and maintain progress records for each child.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in professional development opportunities.
• Ensure the classroom adheres to all state and licensing regulations.

Qualifications:

• Florida VPK endorsement.
• Early childhood teaching experience.
• Strong understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Florida's early childhood education standards and regulations.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
