Roles & Responsibilities:

Prepare, file, and track immigration petitions and applications with USCIS and other agencies.

Draft, proof, and organize legal documents with accuracy and efficiency.

Manage case files, deadlines, and documentation in case management software.

Conduct legal research on immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.

Communicate with clients to gather documents, provide updates, and support case progression.
Qualifications:

Minimum 2+ years of paralegal experience (immigration law strongly preferred).

Proficiency with USCIS forms and immigration case preparation.

Strong organizational, research, and communication skills.

Bilingual: English & Spanish required (Portuguese a strong plus).

Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certification preferred; case management familiarity required.
Compensation & Benefits:

Salary starting at $45,000+ annually, commensurate with experience.

Hybrid schedule: Monday-Thursday, 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM.
