The practice offers a guaranteed $300,000 compensation package, flexible scheduling with the ability to start part-time and transition into full-time, and a fast-track opportunity to become a Principal Partner.
Compensation & Financial Incentives
- Guaranteed $300,000 annual compensation
- $2,000 per diem OR 35% of production — whichever is greater

Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry from an ADA-accredited program
- Board Eligible or Board Certified preferred but not neccessary
- Active (or ability to obtain) State dental license
