We are hiring for Full Time, Part Time, and On Call.
Good Vibes Massage is expanding and looking for passionate Licensed Massage Therapists to join the team at our future new location at 12811 Kenwood Ln in Fort Myers! It's an incredible location, central to Cape Coral, Fort Myers, and Estero! At Good Vibes Massage, it is imperative that team members not only have incredible knowledge of the human body as it relates to Massage Therapy, but is passionate about providing comprehensive care to each individual. Our therapy is rooted in anatomy and kinesiology, providing tailored experience to each client in a therapeutic environment. This role provides an excellent opportunity for licensed professionals committed to improving client health through expert massage therapy techniques within a supportive therapeutic environment.

Responsibilities
- Design specific sessions based on client's individual needs and goal including Relaxation, Therapeutic, Deep Tissue, and Prenatal Massage.
- As requested, or required, include add on services to the massage such as warm stones, hand scrub, foot scrub, back scrub, cupping, or adding CBD balm/lotion.
- Promote massage therapy benefits of clients receiving sessions on a regular basis; consult with clients regarding session outcomes and treatment plans for future sessions via the SOAP model
- Create excellent experience for all clients through friendly and helpful attitude; build a long term relationship and rapport with clientele.
- Maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy room and other related areas; Clean and sanitize therapy room after each client and at the end of each shift.
- Provide excellent customer service and build a therapeutic relationship with each client based on their specific needs.
- Promote and represent Good Vibes Massage in a professional, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic manner
- Must adhere to local and state of FL massage therapy licensing laws and regulations at all times.
- Manage rebooking and booking clientele via the Good Vibes Massage booking system or in partnership with administrative staff.
- Ensure new clients have completed online Intake Form prior to first session; review intake forms prior to sessions
- Utilize Good Vibes Massage system to maintain SOAP notes and client notes in a clear and professional manner.
- Accurately check out clientele via the Massage Book system, applying gift certificates or any other method of payment appropriately.
- Perform shift start and shift end operational procedures to prepare for clients and clean up after the last appointment of the day.
- Perform any rescheduling efforts for clients as needed.
- Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and continuing education requirements to enhance skills and service quality.
- Attend professional company events as needed
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Previous massage and bodywork experience 1+ year (can include school experience) - New Therapists welcome!
- Excellent demonstrated understanding of human anatomy and kinesiology.
- Must be a Florida licensed massage therapist with no investigations or complaints on record; Must provide original copy of Licensed Massage Therapy license
- Must provide proof of liability insurance
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Time management abilities
- Demonstrated professionalism and client service skills
