Seeking an Experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity to work autonomously in a supportive, small firm environment within one of Florida's most recognized personal injury and maritime law practice law firm
Responsibilities

Handle all aspects of personal injury litigation, from case inception through trial and post-trial motions

Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents

Manage discovery, including depositions, interrogatories, and requests for production
-
Represent clients in mediations, hearings, and jury trials
-
Collaborate with paralegals, investigators, and expert witnesses
-
Maintain consistent client communication, providing updates and legal advice
Requirements
-
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
-
Active member of the Florida Bar
-
Admitted to the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida, including the Trial Bar
-
Minimum of 5 years of personal injury litigation experience
-
Proven mediation experience and first-chair jury trial experience
-
Excellent legal research, analytical, and writing skills
-
Strong courtroom presence and oral advocacy skills
-
Ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with case management software
-
Spanish-speaking skills a plus
