If you're inner Coach who can draw new members and make them feel welcome, and an integral part of the hour you spend together, whose positive energy stays with a member and inspirs them to workout again soon, then you are and Orangetheory type of Fitness Coach!

As a Fitness Coach, you:
• Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts
• Help members set and achieve goals
• Make sure members are using correct form and offer corrections when they aren’t
• Understand the science behind our workouts, and about heart-rate focused training programs in general
• Know how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment we have
• Are a team player
You’ll need to meet these requirements:
• AED/CPR certified
• Hold a CURRENT NATIONAL FITNESS CERTIFICATION from either ACE, NSCA, ACSM, AFAA, or NASM
• Available to go through an OTFit Certification Audition process prior to being hired.
• Must work a minimum of 6-8 classes per 7-day week (OTF is only closed on Christmas)
- MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION AND AVAILABLE SCHEDULE
