We are seeking a full-time Construction Project Manager to join our amazing team!
Must have a minimum of 3 Years of Experience in either Commercial or Residential construction fields.
Please, no recruiters.
You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Oversee all aspects of the construction project from planning to implementation</li>
<li>Must be able to put together detailed construction schedules.</li>
<li>Allocate resources and additional subcontractors as needed for assigned projects</li>
<li>Manage site Superintendent and subcontractors.</li>
<li>Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients</li>
<li>Negotiate with contractors</li>
<li>Maintain high standards of workmanship and respect for clients, vendors, and colleagues.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in construction management or site superintendent</li>
<li>Familiarity with construction management software</li>
<li>Strong leadership qualities</li>
<li>Strong negotiation skills</li>
<li>Deadline and detail-oriented</li>
<li>Able to handle client requests in a timely manner</li>
