  • Food Quality & Safety: Ensure all food is prepared following proper procedures and Pincho quality standards. Uphold strict food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness protocols at all times.
  • Hiring & Training: Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new team members. Train and become proficient in every station of the restaurant in order to effectively coach and support staff in their roles.
  • Team Leadership: Demonstrate strong leadership on the floor by setting the example and guiding team members. Take ownership of your team and station each shift to achieve excellent results and a positive work environment.
  • Menu & Product Knowledge: Maintain expert knowledge of all menu items and recipes, and train team members to confidently answer customer questions about our food.
  • Inventory & Ordering: Organize inventory with proper food rotation and ordering. Manage stock levels and order food, paper goods, cleaning chemicals, and other supplies as needed to keep the restaurant fully supplied.
  • Cleanliness & Maintenance: Oversee completion of daily and weekly cleaning checklists to keep the restaurant in top condition. Ensure the facility meets health and safety standards and address any maintenance or cleanliness issues promptly.
  • Cash Handling & Reporting: Assist with financial tasks such as preparing bank deposits and managing cash tills as directed. Help maintain accurate records for sales and inventory.
  • Policy Enforcement: Ensure all employees follow company policies and procedures. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and compliance with Pincho standards.
  • Safety & Security: Uphold all company standards for health, safety, sanitation, and security. Provide a safe environment for employees and customers by enforcing safety guidelines and security protocols.

Qualifications & Experience
