Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Behavior Specialist with BCBA licensure is needed to support K-12 students across multiple school sites in the Naples, FL area. This contract role runs from January 5, 2026, through May 29, 2026, providing specialized behavioral interventions and assessments aligned with applied behavior analysis principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide behavioral support and intervention services in various school settings, including autism-specific classrooms and general education environments
- Conduct functional behavior assessments, develop behavior intervention plans, and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to implement behavior strategies that promote positive student outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and district guidelines
- Deliver training and support to educational teams regarding behavior management techniques
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active BCBA licensure is required
- Experience working with children and adolescents in K-12 school settings preferred
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and evidence-based behavioral interventions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to manage varied caseloads across multiple schools, including specialized autism programming
