Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and personable Leasing Agent to lease individually owned condominium units throughout the Orlando metro area. This is a base salary with commission-based opportunity ideal for licensed real estate professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are looking to supplement their income or build a steady leasing portfolio.
As a Leasing Agent, you will earn a base salary of $15,600 and $500 per successfully executed lease and other commission opportunities. All leads are provided, and you’ll be responsible for showing properties, screening applicants, and managing the lease process from start to finish.
Compensation:
- Base salary and $500 flat commission per signed lease and other commission opportunities.
- No cap on earnings – the more you lease, the more you earn
- Health, dental, vision and life insurance. 401K and company match, PTO (vacation, holiday and sick pay).
- Flexible scheduling – based on leasing appointments, some weekends and weeknights required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lease individually owned condominiums across Orlando and surrounding areas on behalf of a property management company.
- Show available units to prospective tenants and communicate key features of the property and community.
- Follow up with leads provided by the company through calls, texts, and emails.
- Screen applicants based on company criteria including income, credit, and background checks.
- Prepare and execute lease agreements in compliance with Florida regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate move-ins, inspections, and necessary documentation. Emergency on call required.
- Maintain professionalism and ensure a positive experience for both renters and property owners.
Requirements:
- Active Florida Real Estate License (required)
- Prior leasing, property management, or real estate experience (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of the Orlando rental market
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel between properties
- Self-motivated with strong follow-up and organizational skills
