Now Hiring: 1:1 Pediatric Home Health Nurse (RN/LPN)
Location: Valrico, FL | Shift: 6 PM 6 AM (Full-Time Nights)

NorthBay Home Health is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide compassionate 1:1 pediatric care in a supportive home environment.

Your Role:

• Deliver 1:1 skilled nursing care in the home
• Monitor health conditions and follow care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and caregivers
• Document care and report updates accurately

Requirements:

• Active RN or LPN license (FL or compact/multi-state)
• Pediatric experience preferred (G-tube, trach, vent a plus)
• At least 1 year of nursing experience (home health preferred)
• CPR Certification (AHA or ARC)
• Ability to work independently with strong clinical judgment

Credentialing Documents Needed:

• Updated Resume
• Active Professional License
• Drivers License & Social Security Card
• Current CPR (AHA or ARC)
• Physical (within 6 months)
• TB Test (within 1 year)
• COVID-19 Vaccine Record or Exemption
• CEUs (if applicable)

Pay Range:

• LPN: $23 $29/hour
• RN: $29 $33/hour

Must be able to commute or relocate to Valrico, FL.
