Job Description

About the Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Landscape Installation Foreman to join our team. Our ideal candidate is someone who can manage people, is comfortable working outdoors, has numerous years of work experience as a Foreman in the landscape industry, able to operate heavy machinery/equipment, strong knowledge in sod and plant installation and willing to go above and beyond.

Duties Include but Are Not Limited To:

Supervise and manage sod installation projects from start to finish.
Operate heavy equipment as needed.
Install plant, sod and other materials.
Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality control.
Collaborate with project managers to ensure project success.
Complete daily foreman sheets.
Address project concerns in a timely manner.
Provide guidance and mentorship to crew members.
Additional duties may apply.

Position Requirements:

Valid and clean diver license.
knowledge of undergrounds.
Ability to read and understand landscape plans/blueprints.
Bilingual speaking in English and Spanish is a plus but not required.
Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols.
Proven experience in supervising/managing landscape installation crews.
