Assist attorneys in all stages of complex litigation matters, including case development, document review, trial preparation, and trial support.

Draft, proofread, and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other court documents in federal and state courts (including e-filing and CM/ECF).

Manage and organize large-scale document productions, including use of e-discovery platforms (e.g., Relativity, Concordance).

Coordinate and track discovery responses, deposition transcripts, and exhibit lists.

Conduct factual research using online databases, docketing systems, and public records.

Prepare and maintain case files, privilege logs, and litigation binders.

Assist in deposition, hearing, mediation, and trial preparation, including creation of witness binders, exhibit lists, and trial graphics.

Summarize depositions, trial testimony, and witness statements.

Liaise with clients, experts, court personnel, and vendors as needed.

Support attorneys in managing tight deadlines and multiple matters simultaneously.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; Paralegal Certificate preferred.

Minimum of 5+ years of litigation experience in an AmLaw firm or large law firm environment.

Strong knowledge of federal and Florida state court rules and procedures.

Proficiency with e-discovery software (Relativity, Concordance, or similar) and litigation support tools.

Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to draft polished correspondence and summaries.

Proven ability to handle large caseloads, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Team-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
