  • Assist attorneys in all stages of complex litigation matters, including case development, document review, trial preparation, and trial support.

  • Draft, proofread, and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other court documents in federal and state courts (including e-filing and CM/ECF).

  • Manage and organize large-scale document productions, including use of e-discovery platforms (e.g., Relativity, Concordance).

  • Coordinate and track discovery responses, deposition transcripts, and exhibit lists.

  • Conduct factual research using online databases, docketing systems, and public records.

  • Prepare and maintain case files, privilege logs, and litigation binders.

  • Assist in deposition, hearing, mediation, and trial preparation, including creation of witness binders, exhibit lists, and trial graphics.

  • Summarize depositions, trial testimony, and witness statements.

  • Liaise with clients, experts, court personnel, and vendors as needed.

  • Support attorneys in managing tight deadlines and multiple matters simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Paralegal Certificate preferred.

  • Minimum of 5+ years of litigation experience in an AmLaw firm or large law firm environment.

  • Strong knowledge of federal and Florida state court rules and procedures.

  • Proficiency with e-discovery software (Relativity, Concordance, or similar) and litigation support tools.

  • Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to draft polished correspondence and summaries.

  • Proven ability to handle large caseloads, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Team-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
