Key Responsibilities:

Patient Interaction & Customer Service

• Greet patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism

• Answer multi-line phone system and route calls appropriately

• Provide clear communication regarding appointments, policies, and procedures

• Manage patient check-in/check-out process with accuracy and empathy

• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk area

Scheduling & Administrative Support

• Schedule new patient consultations, follow-ups, and surgeries

• Confirm appointments and follow up on cancellations or no-shows

• Collect co-pays, deductibles, and outstanding balances

• Prepare and manage patient paperwork, forms, and consents

• Support physicians, medical assistants, and billing staff with clerical tasks

Insurance & Verification

• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits before appointments

• Obtain referrals or authorizations as required

• Communicate effectively with insurance companies and patients regarding coverage

• Collaborate with the billing team to ensure accurate documentation
