Job Description

We are seeking a skilled System Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing Microsoft Office 365 and providing end-user and endpoint support. This role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and networks, resolving technical issues, and implementing solutions to enhance system performance and security.


  • Associate’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field.
  • 4+ years relevant experience or equivalent education/experience.
  • Provide end-user support: desktops, laptops, conference room equipment, and IT inventory.
  • Handle 3rd-level support for networking, cloud, and applications.
  • Configure user accounts and new/reimaged devices; manage inventory updates.
  • Record and track service requests using service desk software.
  • Deliver excellent verbal communication across all organizational levels.
  • Support onboarding by training new hires on IT systems and processes.
  • Troubleshoot various hardware/software: printers, phones, monitors, etc.
  • Assist in IT asset lifecycle management (acquisition to disposal).
  • Create and maintain technical documentation (SOPs, how-to guides).
  • Promote teamwork and uphold company values and confidentiality.
  • Participate in after-hours/on-call support as scheduled.
  • Perform other duties assigned by IT leadership.


Skills/Certifications:

  • Basic knowledge of Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio, Project) – required
  • Familiarity with infrastructure, networking, and Azure – preferred
  • Exposure to Tanium, Endpoint Manager, SAP, Dynamics CRM, Windchill, SharePoint SPO, MS Project – preferred
